Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped via Australia Post from my home-based business in Joyner South East Queensland, Australia. 

Orders are usually dispatched on the same day whenever we can.  Delivery is by Australia Post standard flat-rate shipping, currently $12.95 with tracking. Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional cost but we will contact you to confirm delivery costs prior to your items being sent.

Delivery times vary by location, with the tracking provided via notification from Australia Post. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. 

Please ensure that you provide TWIGS Toy Boutique with the correct postal address as any re-delivery charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping & handling prices are subject to change.

Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We currently do not offer international delivery - however - overseas friends & relatives can purchase through the site and have it delivered anywhere in Australia or collected from the Showroom.
