Can I come to look at products?
Yes! The showroom is open by appointment, so you can browse calmly, without the overwhelm and get hands-on with our range. Email, call or sms to set up a time, or BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE.
Do you have a physical shop?
TWIGS was born in 2015 & had a few different locations within the Moreton Bay Region of sunny Queensland, but now is home-based. You can come to touch & feel and try before you by in the showroom - you just need to make an appointment by contacting me on 0400301312 or email fun@twigstoyboutique.com.au - Michelle or BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT HERE
Where is my online order delivered from?
All orders are packed and shipped from my home-based business in Joyner South East Queensland.
Orders & delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched on the same day whenever we can. Delivery is by Australia Post with tracking.
Times vary by location, with the tracking provided via notification from Australia Post. If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS.
If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card. Orders are not usually shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We currently don’t send overseas.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, absolutely! Local customers are welcome to choose click & collect at checkout. There’s no appointment needed & you’ll receive all the details via a separate message when it’s ready.
How do I place an NDIS order?
Easy! Follow the prompts during the checkout process.
Do you send invoices with order?
Nope, all invoices go directly via email to the buyer so if it’s a gift, the lucky recipient doesn’t see it.

Do you send overseas?
Sorry! We currently only ship within Australia. Relatives & friends are able to purchase through the website & then we can ship Australia wide - just be sure the DELIVERY ADDRESS is entered correctly though!
What is your return policy?
We love helping you find the perfect pressie, and we want you to love what you choose! If you need help with product selection feel free to make contact.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as you notice it. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging. Please contact me to discuss the problem & options. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Change-of-mind refunds aren’t available, but we’re happy to help you swap for another item of equal or higher value (at management’s discretion). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
NO RETURNS on sale or clearance items.
