Delivery & postage costs

Standard delivery is a flat rate of $12.95. We use Australia Post, always with tracking.

Heavy or bulky items may incur an additional delivery cost. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to confirm the cost before your items are sent.

Dispatch & delivery times

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, with same-day dispatch whenever we can. Delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods.

If you need your order by a particular date, please check the Australia Post Christmas sending dates during the festive season.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available at checkout for customers who would like to collect their order from Joyner, Queensland.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within Australia only.

Packaging

We make every effort to package your order safely and securely while reducing waste. Wherever possible, we use recycled packaging, so your parcel may arrive in a reused box.

If an item is unavailable

Our online store tracks stock levels, but occasionally an item may sell in-store at the same time as an online order. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss a refund, an exchange or waiting for the item to return to stock.

Damage during delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will help you with the next steps.
