The last team of planners couldn't cut it, so the city turned to your team - the best of the best. If anyone can turn this tiny town into a thriving civic centre, it's you!
How to Play
Using just 18 cards and a variable scoring system, players work together to build a new city from the ground up. Each turn, play one card from your hand to the growing city, trying to score as many points as possible. Communicate and plan without revealing your own cards to efficiently develop large areas across the 4 zone types. But watch out - the city hates paying for road maintenance, and every road will cost you points at the end. When all cards are placed, see if you've met the dynamically generated minimum score to win!
